How to watch SiteAgent logs in real time

The following steps are how to enable real time viewing of the SiteAgent logs.

  1. Right click on the SiteAgent icon in the task bar under hidden icons

  2. Select view logs view logs

  3. Right click the log file that ends in SiteAgent and select open with log file

  4. Select more apps followed by selecting look for another app on this PC open file with

  5. Browse to C:/Program Files (x86)/SiteAgent/Tools/Tool.WinTail

  6. Select Tool.WinTail wintail

  7. You will now be able to view the SiteAgent logs in real time
