Whitelist Pattern

The Whitelist Patterns section in Email Settings lets you specify email addresses or domains to ensure the system always accepts and processes them, preventing critical communications from trusted sources from being marked as spam or overlooked.

How to Add Email Whitelist Pattern?
To add the email whitelist pattern, follow the steps below.
Navigate to Settings > E-mail Settings > Whitelist Patterns.
The Whitelist Patterns page is displayed.
Click the Add New Email Whitelist Pattern icon. The New Whitelist Pattern page is displayed.
Note: All the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Enter the email address in the Sender e-mail pattern field to apply the whitelist pattern. Select a folder from the Postbox dropdown list to direct or categorize emails matching the pattern and then, click Save.
The new whitelist pattern is successfully configured to the email settings.
Note: The Edit and Delete icons appear when you hover over a whitelist pattern. Click the corresponding icon in the desired pattern row to update or delete, and confirm your action.
