Avatar/Profile Picture (Only for Agents)

The Profile Picture / Avatar feature in BOSSDesk allows you to add a personal touch to your profile and interactions, enhancing user experience and team collaboration.

How to Add an Avatar/Profile Picture?
To add an avatar or profile picture to your account, follow the steps below.
Click the Profile icon on the Dashboard page.
The Profile dropdown list is displayed.
Click My Profile. The My Profile page is displayed.
Click the Edit icon. The Edit page is displayed.
Scroll down to Avatar and click Choose File. Then, select the desired profile image from your system.
The selected avatar is added to the profile.
Click the Save button.
The avatar or profile picture is added successfully to your profile.
