Configure SMS Notifications
Overview
On the BOSSDesk platform, you can customize SMS templates for sending notifications, enabling automated alerts for ticket updates, reminders, and critical notifications. This ensures the notifications are consistent, concise, and relevant to your organization's workflows.

How to Add a New SMS Template?
You can add SMS templates to send consistent automated messages, saving time and reducing manual effort.
Navigate to Settings > Notification Settings > SMS Templates.
The SMS Templates page is displayed.
Click the Add a new SMS Template icon. The New SMS Template page is displayed.
Note: All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
Enter the name of the SMS template in the Template name field and the body in the SMS body field. Then, click Save.
Note: You can use the dynamic placeholders to customize the message by automatically inserting relevant data.
The SMS template is added successfully.
Note: To edit or remove an SMS template, hover over the desired template row. The Edit and Delete icons are enabled. Click the corresponding icon in the desired template row to update or delete and confirm your action.
