You can integrate Active Directory with BOSSDesk to centralize user management and improve security and compliance by enforcing AD password policies.

How to Configure Active Directory?
You can configure Active Directory under the Authentication Management section to manage centralized user authentication by following the steps below.
Navigate to Settings > Authentication Management > Active Directory.
The Active Directory page is displayed.
Check the boxes Authentication via AD enabled and Password reset via AD enabled to allow users to log in using their existing Active Directory credentials and reset their passwords directly through Active Directory. Enter the rules in the Password complexity notice field to set and alert users about the required password rules. Then, click Save changes.
The Active Directory setting is configured successfully.
