Email Notifications

Overview

The Email Notifications section under Notification Settings allows you to configure and manage all email alerts regarding Tickets, Problems, Changes, Tasks, Approval Requests, and Users within the system.

How to Enable Notifications?

To enable the notifications, follow the steps below.

Navigate to Settings > Notifications > Email Notifications.

Click the OFF/ON toggle button in the row you wish to disable/enable.

Note: The following example illustrates how to enable or disable E-mail notifications for Tickets. Using a similar method, you can also allow E-mail notifications for Problems, Changes, Tasks, Approved Requests, and Users. Additionally, Push Notifications can be enabled in the same way.

Note: When the selected notification is enabled, the button turns to a blue color with the On toggle button. When it is disabled, it turns gray to indicate it is off.

How to Edit an Email Notification?

To edit an email notification, follow the steps below.

On the E-mail Notifications page, hover over the desired notification row to update.

The Edit icon is displayed.

Click the Edit icon. The Edit page is displayed.

Make the necessary changes to the required fields and click Save.

The email notification is updated successfully.
