Push Notifications

Overview

You can configure real-time alerts to be sent to users' devices, notifying them of updates, tasks, or actions requiring attention on tickets.

  • Enabling push notifications allows them to be displayed on mobile devices for agents with the BOSSDesk app installed and notifications enabled.

How to Enable Push Notifications?

To enable push notifications, follow the steps below.

Navigate to Settings > Notification Settings > Push Notifications.

Click the OFF/ON toggle button in the row you wish to enable/disable. The push notification is enabled or disabled.

Note: When the selected notification is enabled, the button turns blue with the On toggle button. When it is disabled, it turns gray to indicate it is off.
