User General Settings
Overview
As an administrator, the General Settings section under User Management allows you to configure essential user-related parameters to align the platform with organizational needs.
Key Features
You can define the name display format in the General Settings feature as First name Last name when there are duplicate entries, either in the username or the name associated with the email address.
How to Configure User General Settings?
You can specify the display format for a user when multiple users have similar or identical attributes to help identify and distinguish between them.
Navigate to Settings > User Management > General Settings.
The User General Settings page is displayed.
Select the display format from the Display format dropdown list. The available options are as follows:
- First name Last Name (username) - Displays format used when there are duplicate entries in the username.
- First name Last Name (e-mail) - Displays format used when there are duplicate entries in the username.
Click Save.
The user setting is configured.
