How to create canned responses

  1. Go to Settings | Incident Management | Canned Responses canned responses
  2. Click on add a category (optional) canned category
    1. Give the category a meaningful name canned category name
    2. Click save canned save
  3. Click the blue plus icon to create a new response add new button
  4. Assign the new response to a category (optional) canned category assign
  5. Give the response a meaningful name canned name
  6. Click ON to enable the response canned on
  7. Insert placeholders in the body of the respone (optional) canned placeholder
  8. Add information into the body of your canned response canned body
  9. Click Save canned save buttom
