Change Workflows

Overview

Now you can create workflows for Changes in BOSSDESK. The introduction of this feature enables users to customize workflows specifically tailored for managing Changes within their organization. Users can define rules and trigger actions to automate processes and streamline Change management workflows efficiently.

Workflow Customization: Users can create customized workflows for managing changes according to their organization's requirements.

Rule-based Automation: Define rules to automate actions based on specific criteria or conditions related to changes.

Triggered Actions: Set up actions to be triggered automatically in response to certain events or conditions within the change management process.

Steps to Create New Change Workflow

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab from the left-side menu. Select the option "Workflows" under the “Incident Management” section.

  2. You can view all the available Changes under the Change tab.

  3. Click New Workflow and select the New Change Workflow option.

  4. Fill out all the necessary fields and Click Save.

  5. You can also edit, copy, or delete the Change workflow. Click on the respective option.
