How to create business hours

  1. Go to settings | Incident Management | Business hours
  2. Click on the blue plus button to add new business hours
  3. Give the new business hours a meaningful name
  4. Give the business hours a description (optional)
  5. Set the time zone
  6. Select if the business hours are 24/7 or if you want to set your days/hours
