How to create a Routing rule

  1. Go to settings | INcident Management | Routing routing icon
  2. Click on the blue plus icon to create a new routing rule add new button
  3. Give the routing rule a meaningful name
  4. Give the routing rule a description (optional)
  5. Click the check box to enable the routing rulerouting rule name
  6. Select the condition that you want applied to your routing rule
    1. Match any ticket regardless of the conditions = The routing rule will be applied to all tickets entered regardless if the conditions match or not
    2. Match all of the conditions = The routing rule will only be aplied if every condition listed is met
    3. Match any of the conditions = The routing rule will be applied once a condition from the list is met. The first condition met will apply the rule. routing condition
  7. Add a condition for the routing fule to be applied to condition routing
  8. Add an action that will be taken once a condition is met routing action
