How to create a Routing rule
- Go to settings | INcident Management | Routing
- Click on the blue plus icon to create a new routing rule
- Give the routing rule a meaningful name
- Give the routing rule a description (optional)
- Click the check box to enable the routing rule
- Select the condition that you want applied to your routing rule 6.1 Match any ticket regardless of the conditions = The routing rule will be applied to all tickets entered regardless if the conditions match or not 6.2 Match all of the conditions = The routing rule will only be aplied if every condition listed is met 6.3 Match any of the conditions = The routing rule will be applied once a condition from the list is met. The first condition met will apply the rule.

- Add an action that will be taken once a condition is met
