How to set up Zapier

  1. Obtain the Zapier API key from your BOSSDesk account
    1. Go to Settings | Integrations | Zapier
    2. Enable the integration and click Save
    3. Click on the three dots to see the complete API key
    4. Copy the key in a notepad
  2. Set up Zapier - BOSSDesk connection
    1. Log in to your Zapier account
    2. Go to https://zapier.com/app/connections
    3. Click “Add connection” and search for BOSSDesk
    4. On the Authentication dialog enter your BOSSDesk URL and API key you copied previously
    5. Click Submit
  3. Make a Zap - Triggers
    1. Choose the BOSSDesk app
    2. Choose an event from the list
    3. Choose connected BOSSDesk account from the list
    4. Run the action at BOSSDesk to test the trigger
    5. Enable the Zap

Hooray! Your first Zap is ready and running.
