How to set up Zapier
- Obtain the Zapier API key from your BOSSDesk account
- Go to Settings | Integrations | Zapier
- Enable the integration and click Save
- Click on the three dots to see the complete API key
- Copy the key in a notepad
- Set up Zapier - BOSSDesk connection
- Log in to your Zapier account
- Go to https://zapier.com/app/connections
- Click “Add connection” and search for BOSSDesk
- On the Authentication dialog enter your BOSSDesk URL and API key you copied previously
- Click Submit
- Make a Zap - Triggers
- Choose the BOSSDesk app
- Choose an event from the list
- Choose connected BOSSDesk account from the list
- Run the action at BOSSDesk to test the trigger
- Enable the Zap
Hooray! Your first Zap is ready and running.
